Edward Hoff – UX Researcher & Strategist

I have 20+ years of experience in gathering data and designing solutions. This experience has been gained working on projects like the Air Traffic Control modernization and the United States Air Force Stock Control System. I have also worked on numerous systems and applications with companies like, AT&T, Lexis Nexis, Nationwide Insurance and Kroger. I look at User Experience as capturing the user’s needs and expectations, and turning those requests into a solution and layout that fits within their contextual environment.
