I have been in the User Experience field for over 30 years. In that time, I have worked with AT&T, the Department of Transportation (Air Traffic Control system), the United States Air Force, Lexis Nexus, Nationwide, and Kroger. Over my career, I have created numerous designs and layouts that capture the needs of my user base. I create these solutions through building an understanding of my users, their needs and their environments. These skills have served me well across the number of applications and systems I have worked on
